Create a Report
Learn how to create a report.
To be able to create a report, the user permission must be activated. Creating reports permission is normally activated by the Administrator account. If you do not have the ability to create a report please contact your Administrator to enable this feature.
Create a report by following the steps below:
- Login to Vemcount.
- Select 'Reports | New data selection' in the left side menu.
- Enter the reporting parameters in the New data selection dialogue box:
Source: select the appropriate source. Multiple sources can be selected. Locations refers to all sensors place at external entries to the building/institution. Zones refers to any zones setup within a location, e.g. different levels within a building. Use Zones also if you wish to report on adult and children separately.

Time Interval:
Metrics: multiple metrics can be selected if available.
Weekdays:
Months:
Opening hours: hours for data to be reported on - Select 'Apply' to generate the report.
- To adjust the reporting parameters, select 'Data Selection' button and make the required adjustments. Select 'Apply' to regenerate the report.
- Select 'Save report' to name the report and save it. The report will will appear in the 'Saved Reports' left side menu.
