Forgot password

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps to get back into your account.

  1. Open a web browser on your device (Google Chrome is preferred)
  2. Go to the login page https://vemcount.app/login
  3. Select the 'Forgot?' link
  4. Enter the email address associated with your user account
  5. Select 'Send password reset link'

A password reset email will be sent to the email address with a password reset link.

 

It can take up to 10 minutes for the email to show up in your inbox. If it's been longer, the email may be in your spam or junk folder, or it's being blocked by your email security settings.

 

To unblock Vemcount emails:

  1. Add no-reply@vemcount.com to your email's safe senders list.
  2. Add our info to your allow list in your email account (or pass this along to your IT team).
  3. Re-try the forgot password steps again.
